Isleworth School launches a new initiative, celebrating the value of caring....
At Isleworth school, we have a group of awesome students who have taken on a new role. They are our Care Catchers. These students wear a special vest, emblazoned with "CC" for Care Catcher and carry a bag, holding Care Catcher cards. Their job is to move around the playground, actively looking for children who are demonstrating the value of caring towards others.Care Catchers might find tamariki using good listening skills, showing empathy, or using kind words and hands. Children might pick up rubbish, or help to put things away. They might be caught playing by the rules, taking turns, or using their manners. Our Care Catchers will be there to notice these positive behaviours.
Care Catcher cards will be drawn in assembly, alongside the Cool Kids cards. Let's show we care at Isleworth School!
